Malika Johnson is a trusted and experienced litigator specializing in complex civil litigation, with a focus on all aspects of complex tort, product liability, premises liability, general liability and medical device litigation. Malika has a wide range of experience in litigation, from initial investigations through trial. Her innovative and pragmatic approach enables her to develop creative strategies that help solve difficult problems for her clients. Malika has served on local, regional, and national counsel teams employing inventive strategies to deliver exceptional client services and results. In such roles, Malika has focused on an intentional priority of identifying risk and mitigation that aligns with the business objectives of the clients. Prior to entering private practice, Malika served as a deputy prosecuting attorney in the special assault unit of the Pierce County Prosecuting Attorney. Her experience with trial teams on both sides of the courtroom provides her with a thorough understanding of all parts of the trial process to the benefit of her clients.
