After a severe back injury at my warehouse job left me unable to work, I was overwhelmed by the workers' compensation process and facing resistance from my employer's insurance carrier. Hiring Allan Lockspeiser was the best decision I could have made. His deep, specific expertise in this area of law was immediately apparent. He leveraged his decades of experience, noting he's been practicing workers' comp law in New Jersey since 1978, to build an incredibly strong case. Mr. Lockspeiser was not only a strategic and knowledgeable advocate but also personally attentive, explaining every step in clear terms and promptly returning my calls. His negotiation with the insurance company was masterful, securing a settlement that covered all my medical treatments and provided for my family's future while I recovered. I cannot recommend his services highly enough.
