A tenacious advocate who truly understands small-town legal needs

When a boundary dispute with a neighbor over a shared access road threatened to derail a property sale, I turned to Kenneth Allen. From our first meeting, his approach was both methodical and personable. His background in English from Valparaiso was evident in his ability to draft exceptionally clear and persuasive correspondence, which ultimately resolved the matter without costly litigation. I was particularly impressed by his unique blend of intellect and tenacity—a quality I suspect was honed during his time with the Cambridge University Boxing Team. He understands the nuanced legal landscape of a place like Houston, Idaho, where general practice law requires a broad and adaptable skill set. Kenneth is more than just a sharp legal mind; he is a dedicated professional who fights strategically for his clients. The outcome was a fully negotiated settlement that protected my interests completely. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
