When our multi-generational agricultural supply company in the Treasure Valley faced overwhelming debt and potential foreclosure from our primary lender, we were referred to Randy Peterman at Givens Pursley. From our first meeting, his nearly five decades of experience in complex financial matters was evident. He didn't just see our case as a bankruptcy filing; he understood the nuances of agricultural lending and the specific pressures our industry faces. Randy meticulously developed a comprehensive strategy that involved loan workout negotiations and a Chapter 11 reorganization, all while vigorously defending against aggressive lender liability claims. His deep knowledge of both bankruptcy law and commercial litigation was indispensable. The outcome was nothing short of saving our business. We emerged from the process with a viable restructuring plan that preserved jobs and allowed us to continue serving our community. Randy's calm, strategic guidance through this incredibly stressful period was invaluable. His recognition as a multi-time 'Lawyer of the Year' in Boise for bankruptcy and creditor rights is clearly well-deserved. For any business owner in Idaho facing serious financial distress, Randy Peterman is the definitive expert you want in your corner.
