Competent commercial litigation, but communication was inconsistent

Victor Herlinsky at Sills Cummis handled a commercial dispute for my small business. His background in construction and commercial litigation was evident, and he was knowledgeable about the legal intricacies. However, the experience was mixed. While the outcome was satisfactory, there were periods where responses to emails took longer than expected, and the process wasn't always clearly communicated. For straightforward commercial matters, his competence from American University Washington College of Law is clear, but managing client expectations could be improved.
