I hired Mr. Lombardi to handle a complex property line dispute with a neighbor that involved an old, unclear deed. From our first meeting, his deep roots in New Jersey were evident. He explained that his own background in the public school system and at Rutgers gave him a practical, grounded perspective on local issues that many attorneys lack. He navigated the township ordinances and historical records with a familiarity that was invaluable, ultimately securing a favorable settlement without needing to go to court. His general practice expertise meant he could also advise on related tax implications for the property adjustment. While his communication was always thorough, there were a few instances where responses to emails took a bit longer than expected during a busy period. Overall, Stephen Lombardi is a knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney who genuinely cares about his clients and the Portland community.
