Our company retained Ronald Israel of Chiesa Shahinian & Giantomasi to navigate a contentious commercial lease dispute that threatened significant financial exposure. Mr. Israel’s deep experience, particularly in complex commercial litigation and real estate law, was immediately evident. He provided a clear, strategic assessment of our position, drawing on his nearly three decades of practice. His background representing the State of New Jersey in sophisticated matters gave us confidence in his ability to handle the intricate legal and ethical dimensions of our case. The outcome was favorable, resolving the matter efficiently without the need for protracted litigation. His recognition in professional malpractice and ethics law speaks volumes about his standing. While his billing is commensurate with his expertise and the firm's stature, and communication was sometimes delayed by a day during particularly busy periods, the quality of his counsel was never in question. We would confidently engage his services again for similar commercial or real estate legal challenges.
