Competent on employment matters, but communication could improve

Maxim Doroshenko at Jackson Lewis handled a sensitive workplace investigation for our Baltimore-based company. His knowledge of labor and employment law, particularly from the management side, was evident and aligned with his recognized expertise. The legal strategy he developed was sound. However, our experience was mixed. Responses to emails were sometimes slower than expected, and we occasionally had to follow up for updates. While the outcome was satisfactory, the process felt less collaborative than we'd hoped. He is clearly knowledgeable, but the client service aspect felt just adequate for our needs.
