Our company recently engaged Lydia Stefanowicz to handle the refinancing of a significant commercial property portfolio. With over four decades of experience, her depth of knowledge in real estate finance was immediately apparent. She expertly navigated the complexities of the transaction, from reviewing the intricate loan covenants to advising on the collateral structure, ensuring our interests as the borrower were thoroughly protected. Her background in representing both lenders and borrowers gave her a unique strategic perspective that was invaluable during negotiations. It’s no surprise she has been recognized as a ‘Lawyer of the Year’ in her field. Ms. Stefanowicz is direct, pragmatic, and inspires great confidence. The one area where we experienced occasional delays was in receiving draft documents; her expertise is in such high demand that response times could sometimes stretch. However, the quality of the final work product was always exceptional and worth the wait. I would not hesitate to recommend her for sophisticated commercial lending matters.
