Competent but communication could be more consistent

Ms. Liles handled my company's wrongful termination defense competently. Her knowledge of employment law, backed by her Rutgers education and recognition in management-side labor law, was evident. The outcome was satisfactory. However, response times were sometimes longer than expected, and I occasionally felt I had to follow up for updates. For straightforward matters, she gets the job done, but the client experience felt a bit transactional. Her expertise is solid, but the service aspect was just adequate.
