Amy Edwards
I hired Glenn Reiser to handle a contentious probate matter involving my late uncle's estate, which had become quite complex due to a disputed will. Glenn's background in probate litigation was immediately evident; he was well-versed in the relevant New Jersey statutes and his analysis of the case was sharp. His experience in complex commercial matters also seemed to inform his strategic approach to the dispute. Ultimately, the case was resolved favorably. However, the process felt somewhat distant. There were periods of several days where I received no updates, and I often had to follow up for basic status reports. While his legal work was solid and he clearly knows his field, the client communication and responsiveness were just adequate. I would describe him as a very capable attorney whose service in managing client expectations has room for refinement.
