We engaged Dorit Kressel at Chiesa Shahinian to advise our municipality on a significant infrastructure bond issuance. Her deep, 20+ year background in public finance was immediately evident. She expertly navigated the complexities of serving as bond counsel, ensuring compliance and structuring the deal to our best advantage. Her recognition in public finance and tax law is well-deserved, as her advice on the tax-exempt status was crucial. Dorit is a strategic thinker who explains intricate financial concepts with clarity. The entire process felt secure in her hands. While her expertise is top-tier, communication response times could occasionally be a day or two slower than ideal during peak periods. Overall, her seasoned guidance from the Roseland office was instrumental in the transaction's success.
