Competent zoning attorney, but communication could improve

Donna Jennings handled our variance application for a home addition in Woodbridge. Her 30 years of experience in land use law, and her recognition in that field, were evident in her thorough preparation and understanding of local ordinances. She successfully navigated the hearing process. However, we sometimes experienced delays in receiving responses to our emails, which created some anxiety during the waiting periods. While the outcome was ultimately positive, the process felt more transactional than we expected. She is clearly a knowledgeable shareholder at Wilentz Goldman, but we hoped for more proactive updates. Her competence is solid, but the client communication aspect was just adequate for our needs.
