Dave concentrates his practice in consumer protection law and is recognized as one as one of New Jersey's top consumer class action attorneys. Dave has lead successful actions against many of the Country's most notorious financial institutions and has defended countless homeowners against wrongful foreclosures. In addition, Dave devotes himself to impact litigation, such as his recent patients' rights class action against New Jersey's Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital. Dave has also been a guest on News 12 New Jersey, speaking on consumer issues and forced arbitration. Dave is the New Jersey Chair of the National Association of Consumer Advocates and sits on NACA's Judicial Nominations Committee. He also is a member of both the American Association for Justice and the New Jersey Association for Justice (Civil Rights Committee), and sits on the Board of Directors of the Consumer League of New Jersey. Dave is also a member of the Class Actions Special Committee and the Consumer Protection Law Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
