Invaluable guidance on a complex redevelopment project

Our non-profit organization engaged Charles Liebling to navigate a complex redevelopment project in New Brunswick. With his three decades of experience, particularly his deep focus on redevelopment law and financing, he was the perfect fit. He expertly guided us through the labyrinth of municipal approvals and land use regulations. His recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in this field is well-deserved, as his strategic advice was instrumental in securing the necessary variances. The work product was impeccable and his knowledge of local procedures saved us significant time. While his billing rates reflect his expertise, and there were occasional delays in email responses during particularly busy periods, the overall value was exceptional. We successfully closed the transaction and would confidently recommend him for sophisticated real estate and zoning matters.
