A formidable advocate in complex commercial litigation

Our company engaged Armen Shahinian to handle a complex, multi-party construction dispute that involved significant bonding and payment issues. From the outset, his deep expertise was evident. With over five decades of experience, particularly in construction and banking litigation, he navigated the intricate legal and contractual nuances with a steady hand. His recent recognition as Lawyer of the Year in Litigation - Banking and Finance was well-reflected in his strategic approach to the financial aspects of our case. Mr. Shahinian’s counsel was always precise, and his courtroom presence is commanding. He secured a very favorable settlement that protected our interests completely. The only slight critique would be that, given his undoubtedly busy caseload, there were occasional delays in email responses, which our internal team sometimes found challenging. However, when it mattered most, his focus and dedication were absolute. I would confidently recommend him for any serious commercial litigation matter.
