Alba Aviles at Fisher Phillips handled a tricky employment contract review for our small construction firm. Her dual recognition in Construction and Labor & Employment Law was evident; she clearly understood the nuances of our industry. The advice on non-compete clauses was solid. However, the process felt a bit slow at times, with some delays in email responses that added to our timeline. While the final work product was thorough, we sometimes felt we had to follow up to stay in the loop. She is competent and knows her field, but the overall client experience was just satisfactory.
