A true master of the courtroom after 59 years

When our family faced a devastating insurance denial after a serious car accident, we turned to Mr. Aitken. His deep, 59-year expertise in personal injury and insurance litigation was immediately evident. He wasn't just a lawyer; he was a strategist who understood the nuances of the courtroom from his decades of trial work. The fact that he's been recognized as Lawyer of the Year in this very field gave us immense confidence. He guided us with a steady hand, combining his national reputation with genuine personal attention. The result was a settlement that far exceeded our expectations and secured our future. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
