Exceptional Art Law Expertise with Minor Communication Delay

Thaddeus Stauber provided outstanding counsel during a complex dispute over the provenance of a 20th-century painting my gallery was set to acquire. His deep knowledge of art law, honed over nearly a decade, was immediately apparent. He seamlessly navigated the intricate contractual and international title issues, clearly leveraging his role as head of Nixon Peabody's Art and Cultural Institutions team. His strategic approach, likely refined through his commercial litigation and arbitration work, was invaluable in reaching a favorable settlement without protracted public litigation. While his expertise is unquestionable—and his multiple 'Lawyer of the Year' recognitions are clearly well-deserved—there were occasional delays in email responses, likely due to a demanding caseload. Overall, his skill far outweighs this minor logistical point, and I would confidently recommend him for any sophisticated art-related legal matter.
