Mr. Tobisman's deep expertise in trusts and estates is evident, and his decades of experience at Loeb & Loeb provided solid reassurance as we updated our family's estate plan. His recognition in the field is well-deserved. However, for a matter as personal as this, I sometimes found the communication to be less responsive than expected. There were delays in receiving draft documents, and explanations of certain complex tax implications felt somewhat rushed. While the final work product was professionally sound, the process itself felt more transactional than I had hoped, given the personal nature of the planning. He is undoubtedly knowledgeable, but the client experience was merely adequate.
