Stuart Downey is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Century City office. He advises public and private companies, board of directors, special committees, private equity and venture capital firms, entertainers and celebrities in a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, minority investments, public and private capital raising transactions, joint ventures, strategic partnerships and cross-border transactions.
