Competent handling of a complex business dispute

Steve Gubner at BG Law represented our small business in a commercial litigation matter stemming from a broken supplier contract. His knowledge of the law, particularly given his recognition in commercial litigation, was evident and he secured a reasonable settlement. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal at times, with occasional delays in returning calls that added to our stress. While we achieved the primary legal objective, the overall client experience was functional rather than exceptional. He is a capable attorney who knows his field, but communication could be more consistent.
