Larry Morales
Steven Karg represented our manufacturing company in a recent product liability dispute. His deep experience in this area, including his Super Lawyers recognition, was evident in his strategic approach to our defense. He clearly knows the complexities of commercial and class action litigation. However, while the legal outcome was satisfactory, the process felt somewhat distant. There were periods where we waited days for updates on case developments, and at times his explanations of legal strategy were more technical than practical for our non-legal team. For a firm of Norris McLaughlin's stature, we expected more proactive client management. He is undoubtedly a skilled attorney, but the overall service experience was just adequate.
