A Lifeline During Our Company's Financial Restructuring

When our real estate development firm faced severe financial distress, Stephen Falanga provided exceptional guidance. His deep expertise in creditor rights and insolvency law, honed over 33 years, was immediately apparent. He structured a reorganization plan that protected our core assets while satisfying our lenders. His dual background from Boston College Law and his LL.M. from Fordham was evident in his strategic, nuanced approach. The recognition he's received in this field is well-deserved. Mr. Falanga was not just a brilliant legal strategist but also a steady, communicative partner during a stressful period. We emerged solvent and positioned for future growth, thanks entirely to his efforts.
