Competent handling of a workplace investigation matter

I engaged Stephen Lueke at FordHarrison after our company faced a complex employee complaint that required an internal investigation. His background in employment law for management was evident from the start. He provided a solid, legally sound framework for our process, and his recognition in labor and employment litigation gave us confidence. The final report and recommendations were thorough and protected the company's interests. However, the experience was a mixed bag. While the legal work itself was competent, communication was sometimes slower than expected. There were periods of several days where we received no updates, which created some internal anxiety as we waited for guidance. His four years of focused experience in this niche showed in his analysis, but the overall client service felt more procedural than proactive. For straightforward employment law matters, he knows his field, but be prepared to manage the timeline and follow-up process more closely than anticipated.
