Competent and recognized, but communication could improve

Sara Zimmerman at Littler handled a sensitive workplace investigation for our San Francisco-based tech startup. She provided solid, legally sound advice that protected the company. However, the experience felt somewhat transactional. Response times were occasionally slower than expected, and explanations of legal strategy sometimes lacked the depth we wanted for such a high-stakes situation.
