Sandra Lee Montgomery is an extraordinary attorney whose expertise in commercial and corporate finance is simply unmatched. I recently engaged her to navigate a highly complex asset-based lending transaction, and her depth of knowledge—honed over 28 years—was evident from our very first consultation. She not only provided clear, strategic guidance but also anticipated potential pitfalls before they arose, ensuring a seamless process. Her recognition in Banking and Finance Law speaks volumes about her competence, and rightfully so. What truly sets her apart is her ability to balance meticulous legal precision with a genuinely client-focused approach. She took the time to explain intricate concepts in a way that was both accessible and actionable, making an otherwise stressful situation manageable. The outcome exceeded expectations, and I have no doubt her work with Proskauer Rose LLP is a testament to the firm’s excellence. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone needing top-tier legal counsel in corporate finance or related matters.
