Sandra Brown provided solid legal advice for our media company's service agreement with a production studio. Her background in entertainment and technology was evident, and she identified several key clauses that needed adjustment to protect our intellectual property. The work product was thorough. However, the process felt somewhat transactional. Response times to follow-up emails were slower than expected, sometimes taking several business days, which created minor delays in our negotiations. While her strategic business counseling was technically sound, I felt the communication could have been more proactive. For straightforward contract matters, she is a capable attorney, but you may need to manage expectations regarding availability.
