Indispensable Counsel for Our Entertainment Startup

As a small production company expanding into live events, we needed legal guidance that was both broad and deeply specialized. Christopher Kobayashi was exactly that. His unique blend of entertainment and corporate law expertise proved invaluable. When we were negotiating a venue agreement for a concert series in Dallas, he didn't just review the boilerplate; he leveraged his construction law background to flag critical liability issues with the temporary staging plans that our own team had missed. He explained the interplay between indemnity clauses and the contractor's insurance in a way that was clear and actionable. Christopher is exceptionally responsive and has a calm, strategic demeanor that instills confidence, especially when deadlines are tight. He didn't just protect us from potential pitfalls; he helped structure a deal that was fair and sustainable for all parties. For any business operating at the intersection of creative projects and complex logistics, his general practice skillset is a tremendous asset. We've secured him as ongoing counsel and couldn't be more satisfied.
