Expert mediator resolved our complex partnership dispute

Robert Fairbank's deep experience was invaluable in mediating a contentious business partnership dissolution. His 48-year background, particularly his recognition in securities litigation, gave him immediate credibility with all parties. He skillfully guided us away from a costly court battle toward a practical settlement. While his response time to emails could occasionally be quicker, his strategic insight during sessions was exceptional. His transition from litigator to mediator means he truly understands the stakes. We achieved closure efficiently, thanks to his steady hand.
