I engaged Robert Curtis after a defective product caused significant property damage to my home. As a general practice attorney in Los Angeles, his broad expertise was exactly what I needed for a situation that involved multiple legal angles. His background from Pepperdine Law and his recognition in mass tort litigation gave me confidence he could handle the complexities. Robert was thorough in his strategy, explaining the process clearly without oversimplifying, and he successfully negotiated a settlement that covered all repairs and related costs. His role as managing partner is evident in his command of the case. The only slight drawback was that during particularly busy periods, response times to non-urgent emails could stretch to a couple of days, but his team was always courteous. Overall, I felt well-represented by a true professional.
