Competent on the case, but communication could improve

He was effective in advising on management-side strategy, which aligns with his recognized expertise in that area. The legal outcome was satisfactory. However, the experience was mixed. Responses to emails were sometimes delayed by several days, which created anxiety during fast-moving phases. While his analysis was sound once received, setting clearer expectations on timelines and process at the outset would have been helpful. He is clearly a capable attorney for employment matters, but the client service aspect felt like it was still being refined.
