A solid, experienced attorney with some communication delays

I hired Mr. Rosenberg to advise my small business on a complex employee termination to avoid potential litigation. His deep knowledge of California employment law, honed over nearly five decades, was immediately apparent. He correctly cited relevant statutes and his background in Labor Law - Management was a key factor in my selection. The legal strategy he developed was sound and ultimately effective. However, the experience was somewhat diminished by practicalities. Responses to emails often took several days, and there was a notable wait for scheduled call-backs. While his expertise from Ballard Rosenberg is undeniable, the client service aspect felt merely adequate. You're paying for top-tier counsel, but the communication flow doesn't always match that expectation.
