A formidable advocate with decades of deep expertise

Our company retained Richard Hill to defend against a complex wrongful termination and discrimination lawsuit. From the outset, his profound knowledge was evident; his 47 years of practice, including arguing before the Supreme Court, gave our leadership team immense confidence. He masterfully navigated the interplay between state and federal employment laws, and his recognition in labor and employment management law is clearly well-deserved. His strategy was meticulous, and his presence in settlement negotiations was commanding, ultimately leading to a highly favorable resolution. The only minor critique is that, given his stature and caseload, initial response times to non-urgent emails could occasionally be a day or two. Overall, Richard is an exceptional attorney whose experience at Littler is a tremendous asset to any client facing serious employment litigation.
