Peter also assists local governments and other public agencies in post-closing federal tax and securities law compliance. Peter Franklin provided exceptional guidance to our special district on a complex bond issuance for water infrastructure. His 40 years of experience in New Mexico public finance was immediately evident; he navigated state agency requirements and intricate legal structures with a calm, assured hand.
