A consummate professional who guided us through a complex employment dispute

Our company faced a challenging and potentially damaging employment lawsuit. After consultations with several firms, we chose Jeremy Harrison at Modrall Sperling, and it was the best decision we could have made. Jeremy’s deep background in civil litigation, particularly his 17 years of experience defending businesses in tort and employment matters, was immediately evident. He didn’t just see the immediate legal problem; his psychology and criminology background gave him a unique perspective on the human dynamics at play, which proved invaluable in our strategy. He meticulously prepared our defense, explaining complex legal concepts in clear terms without ever talking down to us. His recognition in commercial and personal injury defense is well-deserved, reflecting the caliber of his work. Jeremy was always accessible, responsive, and projected a calm, confident demeanor that reassured our entire leadership team throughout the stressful process. The outcome was exceptionally favorable, resolving the matter efficiently and protecting our company’s reputation. We have since engaged Jeremy for other preventative counsel and recommend him without reservation to any New Mexico business needing a top-tier litigator.
