Mr. Michael A. Bliven was awarded a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from the University of Notre Dame in Notre Dame, Indiana in 1990. He then went on to receive his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree and Certificate of Dispute Resolution from the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon in 1994.
