Chuck is a sixty-year-old trial lawyer, with over thirty years experience in the courtroom. In addition to obtaining noteworthy outcomes at trial, he has negotiated hundreds of plea agreements. He also has a notable record of dismissals, as a result of search or confession challenges under the Fourth and Fifth Amendments. In addition to pursuing justice for his clients, Chuck has worked hard to promote a justice model within our society which reflects what we are entitled to expect as a by-product of 6,000 years of civilization.
