Competent defense work, but communication could improve

While his legal strategy was sound, there were often significant wait times for email replies, and updates felt reactive rather than proactive. For straightforward defense matters, his competence from Galloway Johnson is clear, and his unique perspective is valuable. I just expected more consistent client communication for the fees involved. He got the job done adequately, but the process lacked the seamless partnership I hoped for.
