Matt’s litigation practice is focused on providing employers with aggressive, but goal-oriented, representation in complex wage-hour matters, including class, collective, and PAGA representative actions. He also regularly defends employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, breach of contract, and wrongful termination actions.Drawing on his litigation experience and a deep understanding of the ever-evolving California employment law landscape, Matt also regularly serves in an advisor role to human resources, management, and in-house attorneys in the development of strategic risk-mitigating personnel practices and procedures.
