Mark A. Kirsch is a principal and Chair of Cohen and Wolf's Real Estate Group and a member of the Commercial Lending and Common Interest Communities Groups. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Mr. Kirsch practices in the area of commercial real estate, where he is involved in all aspects of acquisition, financing, leasing, conveyance and development. He has extensive experience representing banks and other financial institutions in commercial lending transactions, including asset-based and real estate secured loans. He also devotes significant time to the law of common interest communities, including drafting offering statements and other formation documents, community association borrowing, and reviewing and amending common interest community governing instruments.Mr. Kirsch is admitted to practice in Connecticut, the U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut, and New York, and is a member of the American, New York, Connecticut, and Greater Bridgeport Bar Associations. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Real Property Section of the Connecticut Bar Association, and a member of the Fairfield/Westchester Chapter of the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut.Mr. Kirsch has been recognized as a leading lawyer in Connecticut in the area of Real Estate Law by the 2010-2018 editions of Chambers USA - America's Leading Lawyers for Business, where he attracted praise as "a real talent” who is “extremely efficient and very responsive” in his approach.
