A Lifeline for Our Family During a Difficult Probate

When my father passed away unexpectedly, his estate was a complex tangle of assets, a small family business, and the need to provide for my mother, who has significant health concerns. We were overwhelmed and sought an attorney with deep expertise in both estate administration and elder law. Greta Solomon was recommended, and from our first meeting, her nearly five decades of experience were evident. She didn't just see documents; she understood our family's dynamics and anxieties. Her dual background in taxation from NYU and elder law practice was invaluable. She navigated the probate court in Bridgeport with seamless efficiency while simultaneously advising us on Medicaid-compliant strategies for my mother's long-term care, ensuring her financial security. Ms. Solomon’s guidance was both legally astute and profoundly compassionate. She anticipated issues we hadn't considered and explained every step in clear terms, never making us feel rushed. It’s no surprise she has been recognized as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in this field. Thanks to her meticulous work at Cohen and Wolf, we achieved a resolution that honored my father's wishes and secured my mother's future. We are eternally grateful for her exceptional service and steady hand.
