Competent handling of our LLC formation and property lease

We engaged Lauren Ades at PK Law to assist with forming a new LLC for our small business and to review a commercial lease for our first physical location in Towson. With her 19 years of experience and recognition in business organizations and real estate law, we felt confident in her technical expertise. The documents she prepared were thorough, and she clearly understood the nuances of Maryland corporate law. However, our experience was mixed on the service side. Communication timelines were sometimes longer than expected, with replies taking several business days during critical phases. While her advice was sound when we had her attention, we occasionally felt we had to follow up to keep the process moving. The final product was solid, and she successfully navigated a tricky clause in our lease negotiation. For straightforward legal matters where timing isn't urgent, her deep knowledge in corporate and real estate law is evident. We achieved our primary goals, but the process required more proactive management on our part than we anticipated.
