After my father's passing, our family was faced with a complicated trust administration involving out-of-state assets and a sibling dispute. Kristin Tyler's deep expertise in trusts and estates was immediately evident. She guided us with remarkable clarity and patience, explaining every legal nuance without jargon. Her 20 years of experience, particularly in asset protection and probate, were invaluable in navigating the challenges efficiently. The recognition she has received in elder law and trust litigation is clearly well-deserved. Thanks to her strategic counsel, we reached a fair settlement and avoided a lengthy court battle. I cannot recommend Kristin and the team at Garman Turner Gordon highly enough for anyone needing estate planning or probate assistance in Nevada.
