Adequate representation for a complex insurance dispute

Kevin Wolff handled a difficult insurance coverage dispute for our small manufacturing firm after a significant property claim was denied. His deep knowledge of insurance law and his decades of experience were immediately apparent, and his background in engineering from NJIT was helpful in understanding the technical aspects of our case. Ultimately, we reached a settlement, which was the goal. However, the process felt somewhat impersonal at times. Communication could be slow, with responses taking several days during critical phases, and we occasionally had to follow up on status updates ourselves. While his recognized expertise in commercial litigation is undeniable, the client service aspect felt more transactional than collaborative. For straightforward, complex coverage matters, he is competent, but set clear expectations on communication timelines.
