Indispensable Guide for Our Tech Startup's Critical Licensing Deal

Our company faced a high-stakes negotiation to license our proprietary software platform to a major industry player. The complexity of the IP and revenue-sharing terms was daunting. Kevin DeBré was recommended to us, and from our first consultation, his deep expertise was evident. He didn't just review the contract; he explained the strategic implications of each clause in the context of our long-term business goals, drawing on his 36 years of experience. His leadership of the Intellectual Property & Technology Transactions group at Stubbs Alderton & Markiles was clear in his methodical approach. Kevin anticipated issues we hadn't considered and crafted solutions that protected our core technology while facilitating a workable partnership. The deal closed successfully, providing a foundation for our growth. His recent recognition as a 'Lawyer of the Year' in Technology Law is well-deserved. For any entrepreneur in Sherman Oaks navigating the intersection of innovation and law, Kevin is the definitive choice.
