Knowledgeable but communication could be more consistent

Kelsey Szamet at Kingsley Szamet Employment Lawyers handled my wrongful termination case. With her 17 years of experience and recognition in Employment Law - Individuals, her legal strategy was sound and she clearly understood the nuances of California employment law. The outcome was ultimately fair. However, the process felt a bit impersonal at times. There were periods where updates were sparse, and responses to emails could take several days, which added to my stress during the litigation. While I appreciate her expertise from UCLA and her firm's standing in Encino, I expected more proactive communication for a client navigating such a difficult professional situation. She is competent, but the client experience was just adequate.
