I hired Joseph Elie-Meyers at Davis Wright Tremaine for a contract dispute with a former business partner. The legal strategy he developed was sound and ultimately helped us reach a settlement. However, the experience was somewhat mixed on the service side. There were periods where communication was slower than expected, requiring follow-up on my part to get updates. While his legal advice was always solid when we connected, the overall responsiveness felt just adequate at times. For straightforward commercial matters, Joseph provides competent representation, but managing client expectations around availability could be improved. He is a knowledgeable attorney, but the client service aspect didn't fully match the caliber of his legal recognition.
