I focus my practice on Estate Planning and Probate Law. I have helped hundreds of families efficiently transfer assets from one generation to the next. Assisting clients as they develop their estate planning goals and helping families avoid costly disputes is the hallmark of my practice. I also have extensive experience drafting special needs trusts, tax efficient trusts, and prudent Medicaid plans. While I lead the estate planning and probate section of the Clark Law Office, I have also developed other areas of the firm’s practice. I help disabled people secure Social Security disability benefits, and I assist firm founder Ed Clark in his complex personal injury cases. In wrongful death cases, Ed and I can advance a family’s interests by coordinating the estate case with the personal injury case. I take pride in my work. I actively study the law.
