Knowledgeable but Communication Could Improve

I worked with Jennifer Bellah Maguire on a complex securities transaction involving private funds, and her expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions Law was evident. She clearly understands the nuances of capital markets and structured the deal efficiently. However, while her legal acumen is top-tier, her responsiveness to client inquiries was not always timely. There were several instances where delays in communication led to unnecessary stress, particularly during critical negotiation phases. Her recognition in the field speaks for itself, and she delivered a solid outcome, but I expected more proactive updates given the high stakes of the transaction. If communication were as sharp as her legal strategy, this would have been a five-star experience.
